I would like to know the difference between the top residential package and the top business package.

Hi,
The differences are.
1. Business customers can use the service for business purposes and also install servers and mail servers
2. Static IP as standard
3. SLA Cleared next working day Monday - Friday 23:59. Excluding Public and Bank Holidays, as opposed to residential which is 3 days best endeavours.
4. Priority UK support
