So I've just had the email that I've hit my usage limit. You've kerbed the speeds to 1:1. I know it's to make me want to call up and and pay for your ridiculously priced £5:5GB bundles! But you're shut on Sundays so you've kinda forked me today.

Will you be bringing 1.5TB or 2TB or even Unlimited tariffs in the future? As I'd happily upgrade! 1TB isn't enough and your top up bundles are mobile carrier prices.
